Founder of Reach Geographic Solutions, he earned a Bachelor of

Science in Geographic Information Science and Technology from Texas

A&M University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in

Management Information Systems through the Mays Business School at

Texas A&M University. Colby develops interactive mapping applications,

geographic databases, and web-based solutions that help organizations

organize, visualize, and share location-based information. His work

includes cemetery mapping, historical preservation projects, custom

GIS applications, and digital experiences that integrate spatial data

with multimedia content.
